Rachel Noelle attends BMI Urban Awards
Rachel Noelle attended the 2011 BMI Urban Awards this past Friday at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood, CA. During the ceremony, BMI paid tribute to Snoop Dogg honoring him with the Icon Award. Top winners included Drake, Kanye West, Lex Luger, Polow Da Don and Universal Music Group, as the company took home the Urban Publisher of the Year Award.
